Villa
Vezza is a medieval village that was built in the 12th Century. This unique little borgha is immersed in the Tuscan region
known as the Casentino. Bisected by the Arno River as it flows towards Florence, the Casentino is an unsopoiled zone rich
in history and art. The main villa has been restored in an attempt to maintain the original character and the outer buildings
date back to the 1800's. The main villa and its cottages comprise of 11 independent apartments. The
apartments feature beautiful fabrics, custom made wooden furniture, exposed beam ceilings and terracotta floors. The bathrooms
have beautiful ceramic tiles and classic fixtures. Wrought iron bed frames and artisan lighting creates an Old World ambiance.
The entire complex was restored and modernized and opened in 1998. Villa Vezza operates seasonally from April 1st - October
31st. Shared outdoor amenities include terraced gardens and a swimming pool.
